Buddaflies Apparel Store — Return and Exchange Policy

This policy applies exclusively to apparel and accessories purchased through the Buddaflies Apparel Store and Shopify checkout. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.

Made-to-Order Items Because all Buddaflies apparel is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for change of preference, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size guide on each product page carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@dcbuddaflies.com with your order number and photos of the issue. After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Important: Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns — items sent back without prior authorization — may not be accepted.

Eligibility Except where required by applicable law, worn, washed, altered, final-sale, or tagless items are not eligible for voluntary return or exchange.
